Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & Blue Prism Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale CRM and Intelligent Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, Blue Prism RPA platform, system integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise application modernization. This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, driving automation strategies, ensuring governance, and delivering scalable business solutions across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
• Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and integration frameworks.
• Lead Salesforce development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Drive Salesforce platform optimization, scalability, and performance improvements.

Blue Prism Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise-grade RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Develop automation frameworks, reusable components, and governance standards.
• Conduct process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
• Define Bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational support models.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize automation initiatives.

Integration & Solution Design

• Architect integrations between Salesforce, Blue Prism, ERP systems, HR systems, databases, and third-party applications.
• Design API-led connectivity using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar platforms.
• Ensure secure data exchange and compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align solutions with organizational technology roadmaps.

Leadership & Governance

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and automation teams.
• Conduct architectural reviews and support solution estimations.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and RPA engineers.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in executive-level discussions and stakeholder management.
