Main Responsibilities:

• Manage our firm's data to help us make decisions.

• Help us optimize our 13 Marketing Funnels (including community workshops, TV and radio, podcasts, YouTube, and published books) with our national brand.

• Great at project management and getting things done

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to leadership

• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement

• Helping with other tasks and projects needed for our operations team
