Senior UI/UX Software Engineer [$335k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Modernize an existing data tracking and metrics system utilizing user-centered UI/UX design methodologies. • Develop comprehensive user interface specifications, mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. • Apply UI best practices and UX principles to build intuitive, accessible end-user interfaces.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $335k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Collaborate with users and analysts to research, develop, and document user profiles, workflows, and performance requirements. • Conduct task analysis and workflow mapping, and develop and test user scenarios. • Develop UI design specifications, wireframes, mockups, interaction behaviors, and design guidelines. • Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and communicate interactions to development teams. • Conduct accessibility and 508 compliance testing to ensure user interfaces meet regulatory and usability standards. • Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys and behavioral data to guide design improvements. • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Linux to support UI design, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams.
