Job Description

About the Role

Join the engineering team at an AI-powered procurement technology startup, building tools that help businesses make better decisions about spend, suppliers, and contracts. You will own product work end to end, working closely with customers and the team to turn real needs into useful software.

What You'll Do

  • Turn complex spend data, supplier information, and contracts into practical product workflows.

  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and help shape product direction.

  • Own features across data models, AI behavior, backend services, and user interfaces.

  • Build interfaces that let users set goals, follow AI agent progress, and approve actions.

  • Ship improvements, learn from real usage, and strengthen product performance and reliability.

  • Use AI development tools thoughtfully and improve engineering workflows while verifying generated work.

What We're Looking For

  • Open to candidates at mid, senior, and staff levels, with approximately 1 to 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Professional TypeScript experience across frontend and backend, plus strong foundations in databases and full-stack engineering.

  • Experience shipping software to real users, learning from launches, and owning features end to end.

  • Experience working at a startup or small company, with initiative, product judgment, and clear communication.

  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, or Python is useful; procurement experience is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

€90,000 to €140,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location
