Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Canton, MS
Salary: $20 - $24/hr
Seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and manage quality assurance activities, ensuring products and processes meet established standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality assurance operations and team members.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Lead audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Train, mentor, and develop quality assurance staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.

Work Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in leading quality teams and managing quality systems.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, technical degree, engineering background preferred, but not required.
Certifications:
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, or equivalent are a plus.
