Pega lead /Architect

Over 12 Years experience in Pega.

The client is concurrently migrating from Pega Cloud 2 to Cloud 3 and upgrading from Pega Platform 23 to 25.1 across three customized applications in the disputes and collections space (savings disputes, card disputes, and cards collections). These applications depend on critical card network integrations.

Lead technical assessment of rule overrides (several hundred on the disputes framework), custom Java, integrations, data, batch processing, and UI customizations for 25.1 compatibility.

Support Cloud 3 readiness: private links, DNS, certificates, firewall rules, IP allow-listing, and schema and routing readiness.

Good experience with Pega Cloud: provisioning, private connectivity, endpoint architecture, DNS, and working with Pegasystems on migration or cutover. Cloud 2 to Cloud 3 experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Pega integrations (REST/SOAP, SFTP, TLS, authentication) and with queue processors, agents, and Kafka-based background processing.
