Inside Sales Representative - Manufactured Housing & RV Communities

Kept Companies, Inc., a Dallas-based real estate investment firm, seeks an Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue across its manufactured housing and RV community portfolio. You'll own the sales funnel-qualifying inbound interest, executing targeted outbound outreach, and converting prospects into long-term tenants, residents, and partners. Collaborating closely with investments and operations, you'll use CRM and data to prioritize opportunities, refine messaging, and report performance. Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to prospects for manufactured housing and RV communities
• Manage and prioritize a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct needs assessments, present community value propositions, and tailor solutions to prospects
• Collaborate with investments and operations teams to align sales efforts with asset strategy and occupancy goals
• Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance
• Negotiate terms within established guidelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders to close deals
• Partner with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target lists based on market feedback
• Maintain deep knowledge of portfolio communities, pricing, and competitive landscape
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks, and tools
• Uphold company standards for integrity, ownership, and data-driven decision-making in all sales activities
