SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation Consultant

About the Role

Turium AI is seeking a senior, hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation Consultant to support major enterprise transformation programs across Australia and India.

This is a delivery-focused role for someone who can lead client workshops, configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and take ownership of functional workstreams throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

You will work across functional design, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Hands on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations and functional workstreams.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into SAP process designs and configuration.
• Perform hands on configuration within your functional specialisation.
• Work with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) and Public Cloud configuration tools.
• Lead delivery from design and configuration through SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Promote SAP standard functionality and clean-core principles.
• Work closely with integration, data, security, development and testing teams.
• Support integration design between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external enterprise systems.
• Understand and contribute to discussions around SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, OData and extensibility.
• Support data migration and validation activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation and test scenarios.
• Troubleshoot functional, configuration and integration issues.
• Present solution recommendations, risks and design decisions to client stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and coordinate distributed teams across Australia and India.

Required Experience

• 5-10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experience.
• Current SAP certification relevant to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and your functional specialisation.
• Strong expertise in one or more areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, Procurement, Manufacturing, Asset Management or Supply Chain.
• At least two end to end SAP implementation programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional workstreams and fit to standard workshops.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate.
• Hands on experience with configuration, testing, cutover, go live and hypercare.
• Experience with data migration, integrations and enterprise system interfaces.
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori, workflows, business roles and authorisations.
• Good understanding of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, OData and Public Cloud extensibility.
• Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
• Willingness to remain hands on throughout delivery.

Highly Desirable

• Multiple SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite or BTP.
• Experience designing integrations between SAP and third party enterprise platforms.
• Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Government or large enterprise implementation experience.
• Exposure to AI, automation or intelligent enterprise solutions.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong SAP functional expertise with enough technical depth to lead a modern Public Cloud implementation.

You should be comfortable configuring SAP, leading customer workshops and discussing integrations, APIs, BTP, data and extensibility with technical teams.

This is not a purely advisory role. You will be expected to take ownership and remain directly involved throughout implementation and go live.

Candidates must have hands on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experience.
