The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers alongside your team.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting products attractively, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake stockroom duties, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being advantageous.
• A team player with a high sense of responsibility, capable of inspiring and motivating others.
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts.
