As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will support the daily flow of incoming and outgoing shipments while helping maintain accurate inventory and an organized work environment.

You will work closely with other team members to ensure products and materials are properly received, inspected, documented, prepared, and shipped according to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Inspect deliveries for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation.

• Prepare, pack, label, and organize outgoing shipments.

• Verify shipping documents, quantities, and order information.

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

• Organize products and materials within designated storage areas.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments when needed.

• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Communicate with team members regarding shipment status, inventory needs, and operational priorities.

• Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards.

• Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
