Detailed Job Description:

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective Scrum adoption across teams.

Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, Jira AI, Azure AI, etc.) to improve backlog refinement, sprint planning, risk identification, and team productivity.

Use AI-driven insights and metrics to track sprint health, team velocity, delivery progress, and dependency management.

Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery.

Coach teams on Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement using AI-enabled recommendations.

Automate routine Scrum activities such as meeting summaries, action item tracking, reporting, and documentation through AI solutions.

Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies using data-driven and AI-assisted approaches.

Drive Agile transformation initiatives and champion the adoption of AI-powered delivery practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and predictability
