The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Interact with members, offering reassurance and outstanding customer service.
• Start and finish your day from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Make a real impact on the roadside, solving challenges and ensuring member satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and strong people skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
