Financial services experience is required.

Our client requires an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer to support a major transformation of its IT infrastructure, designing and delivering solutions within a private Azure cloud across on-premises and hybrid environments.

You'll be:

• Designing, deploying and maintaining Azure infrastructure (Well-Architected Framework, Landing Zones)
• Provisioning with Terraform and managing configuration with Ansible
• Running CI/CD workflows with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Building and running AKS environments with Docker and Helm
• Operating observability tooling (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Azure Monitor)
• Managing hybrid networking (VNets, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute)
• Implementing cloud security, including access control, encryption, Entra ID and SAML
• Automating with Python, Bash and PowerShell
• Taking part in on-call and production support rotations

Required: Financial services experience Azure (3+ years) Terraform Ansible AKS/Kubernetes Docker Helm GitHub Actions Prometheus Thanos Grafana Elasticsearch

Desirable: Azure certifications, policy-as-code (Checkov, OPA), GitOps, FinOps
