Job Description

Software Engineer — Early Career (TS/SCI with CI Polygraph) About the Role OGS is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer with 3-6+ years of experience to join an agile development team supporting mission-critical customer programs. In this role you will perform full stack software engineering — contributing to design, development, testing, and deployment across the front end, back end, and supporting services. This is a hands-on position with room to grow. You will work alongside senior engineers, participate in sprint ceremonies, and take ownership of features from requirements through delivery. If you are early in your career and want to build depth on a team that ships software for real operational users, this is a strong place to start.

Design, develop, test, and sustain full stack software applications on an agile development team
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, retrospectives, and demos. Translate system and user requirements into working software and supporting documentation. Develop and maintain both front end interfaces and back end services, APIs, and data layers. Write and execute unit and integration tests; troubleshoot and resolve defects.

Collaborate with system engineers, testers, and security personnel to deliver secure, maintainable code

[Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline — or equivalent experience]
Ability to work effectively on a collaborative, fast-paced development team
