This role oversees Human Resources and Recruiting for a three shift warehouse of approximately 100 employees. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting and hiring in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high volume hourly environment, and knows how to build a culture where people want to stay.

Schedule
Full time, on-site role supporting a three shift, approximately 100 employee warehouse operation.

What You'll Do
The HR/Recruiting Manager will run full cycle hiring for the entire building, covering shipping and receiving managers, leads and supervisors, forklift and reach truck operators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and hiring across all shifts. The role also involves building and maintaining an onboarding process designed to get new hires productive quickly and keep them engaged over time. This is a hands-on, floor-present role, the HR/Recruiting Manager should be visible and approachable so that issues can be identified and resolved early.

Required Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and hiring in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high volume hourly environment
• Experience running full cycle hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Experience building or improving onboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and presence on the floor

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience hiring for warehouse specific roles such as forklift and reach truck operators, order pickers, and inventory specialists
