Quick overview
Job description
About the Role
Join a small founding team at an early-stage recruiting technology company. This is a hands-on production writing internship focused on publishing clear, engaging content for an American startup audience.
What You'll Do
Write daily content in the voices of company founders for publication under their names.
Take pieces from draft to publication quickly and work at a high volume.
Help develop the company's voice and early brand guidelines.
Incorporate daily edits and turn around revisions promptly.
Use AI writing tools as part of your workflow, editing their output to meet a high human standard.
What We're Looking For
You are currently enrolled at a highly selective university, with final-semester seniors prioritized and strong juniors also considered.
You have at least two pieces of writing published, posted, or shared with real readers; class assignments do not count.
You write idiomatic, native-level English and can create short-form content without leaning on jargon.
You can write in another person's voice and adapt between different registers, including both humorous and serious writing.
You are enrolled at a semester-system school, or, if attending a quarter-system school, can commit to taking both winter and spring quarters off.
You can work in person five days a week from January 4 through mid-to-late May 2027, without a conflicting course load or another internship.
Experience with an ongoing writing project, high-volume publishing, or daily use of Claude or GPT is a plus.

Compensation is $3,000 to $5,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
