Digital Cloak is seeking a Controller to manage accounting operations, including general ledger, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll. The Controller will establish and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies, while ensuring compliance with GAAP, DFARS, FAR, DCAA, and DCMA regulations. This role also involves developing budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies, and working with external auditors and tax preparers.
