We offer pricing flexibility for long-term partnerships or multi-hire agreements. Let's chat.

What if I don't hire?

With Pay Per Hire, you only pay when you successfully hire. No hire = no fee. For Haystack Pro, we offer a minimum number of guaranteed hires as part of your subscription, if you don't make this number of hires, we'll extend your subscription free of charge until you do.

How does Haystack take payment?

For Pay Per Hire, we invoice on offer acceptance. For Haystack Pro, we agree terms upfront.

What kind of hiring support do I get? 

All plans come with onboarding support. With Haystack Pro, you’ll get a dedicated Customer Success Manager and access to strategic hiring insights. With Pay Per Hire, you'll get an Account Manager who's on hand to support your hiring journey from sourcing to onboarding.

What if my candidate leaves after I hire them?

We offer a gurantee period up to 3 months from start date for customers using both Haystack Pro and Pay Per Hire.
