We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a skincare manufacturing company. The role will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, working capital, COGS, inventory, compliance, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and Ind AS financial statements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Monitor COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Establish strong financial controls, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
• Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Qualified preferred.
• 8-10 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
• Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.
• Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred.

Technical & Behavioural Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, COGS & Inventory, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and working capital.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
