About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Senior Service Administrator to join our Precise Fire team in Victoria.

In this role, you'll support service operations through technician scheduling, contract administration, invoicing, and customer service. Working closely with Service Managers, Technicians, Finance, clients, and subcontractors, you'll help ensure service delivery runs smoothly and billing is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule technicians and subcontractors across Victoria
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and reactive service work
  • Manage service jobs from initiation through to completion
  • Process invoicing, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and timesheets
  • Maintain contracts, assets, and service records in ERP systems
  • Liaise with clients regarding service attendance and invoice queries
  • Assist with monthly billing and reporting
  • Monitor contract performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You
  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, invoicing, or administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Pronto, Uptick, Corrigo, or similar systems is highly regarded
  • Background in Fire Protection, building services, facilities management, or trades environments is desirable
