Job Title :           Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer

Location :           Minneapolis, Minnesota | Onsite (CST only)

Job Description:

  • Develop and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Build agent topics, actions, knowledge sources, generative answers, and reusable skills.
  • Implement Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and grounding.
  • Develop business workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Services.
  • Build Power BI dashboards, DAX measures, semantic models, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Integrate REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Implement Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, DLP, and responsible AI controls.
  • Manage ALM, CI/CD, regression testing, monitoring, and production support.
  • Create technical documentation and collaborate with business and engineering teams.

Must-have skills

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: Agent development, topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources.
  • Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors.
  • Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, agent orchestration.
  • Azure AI: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Services.
  • Power BI / Microsoft Fabric: DAX, semantic models, AI-driven analytics, dashboards.
  • Enterprise Integration: REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365.
  • Security: Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, DLP policies.
  • ALM and Deployment: Power Platform Pipelines, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, production support.
