Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our business in the industrial pump market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating project leads, expanding our OEM network, increasing repeat business from existing customers, and identifying opportunities across the chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, power, food, and process industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities for industrial pumps and fluid handling solutions.
  • Identify and develop OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Generate and track new project opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
  • Conduct regular customer visits for business development, technical discussions, and application reviews.
  • Gather market intelligence on upcoming projects, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, technical presentations, and industrial exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with the back-office sales team for quotations, technical support, follow-ups, and order execution.
  • Achieve monthly business development, customer visit, and sales targets.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in pumps, valves, process equipment, or fluid handling systems.
  • Experience working with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, or process industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across Gujarat and nearby industrial regions.
