Job Description

Title: GenAI Technical Lead / Principal Engineer role. 
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: New York – 2-3 days Onsite  (Local Preferred) or client have Office there , candidate can work from Atlanta Office
Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking a senior hands-on GenAI Technical Lead / Principal Engineer to architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This is a coding and architecture-focused role, not a prompt engineering/chatbot-only position.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 15+ years overall software engineering experience
  • 4+ years hands-on Generative AI
  • Expert in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs
  • Strong LLM, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases & AI Agents
  • Hands-on with OpenAI / Claude / Gemini / Hugging Face
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI
  • Strong Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & Git
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Enterprise GenAI architecture & production deployment
  • Strong technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring skills
