Role: Senior WebEOC / Juvare Platform Developer

Engagement Overview:

• Dedicated expert services engagement supporting WebEOC Nexus environment
• Contract duration: Initial 12-month engagement with renewal options
• Remote/hybrid delivery model, with onsite support required occasionally for discovery, UAT, go-live activities, exercises, and State Operations Center milestones

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain WebEOC boards, plugins, forms, workflows, views, and operational processes
• Build and support WebEOC integrations using APIs and data exchange mechanisms
• Support GIS integration and Common Operating Picture (COP) capabilities
• Assist with identity federation, SSO, Okta/Juvare Login Services, SAML/OIDC, and role-based access
• Develop dashboards, reports, alerts, and operational views
• Perform testing, UAT support, release validation, and technical documentation
• Provide knowledge transfer and enable our customer teams to maintain delivered solutions

Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Juvare WebEOC / WebEOC Nexus
• WebEOC board configuration and workflow development
• WebEOC plugins, views, forms, menus, and administrative configuration
• WebEOC APIs and system integrations
• REST/SOAP services and data exchange patterns
• Experience integrating emergency management platforms with external systems
• GIS experience (ArcGIS/Common Operating Picture preferred)
• SSO and identity integration experience (SAML/OIDC, Okta preferred)

Our customer specifically requires demonstrated hands-on development or advanced configuration experience with Juvare WebEOC/WebEOC Nexus, including boards, workflows, plugins, views, and administrative configuration. Experience with APIs, GIS integrations, and federated identity/SSO environments is also preferred.
