Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Collaborate with business units to understand operational processes, data requirements, reporting needs, and system objectives.
2. Document user requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and system requirements for new or enhanced applications.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed technology solutions.
4. Support development, automation, AI integration, testing, and validation of solutions while ensuring alignment with applicable technology standards.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	1+ year of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, systems analysis, process automation, or supporting technology solutions.
Technical Skills	Requirements Analysis, Business Process Modeling, System Analysis, Technical Documentation, Data Analysis, Process Automation, AI/Automation Concepts, Software Testing & Validation
Business / Domain Skills	Business Requirements, Operational Process Analysis, Reporting Requirements, Workflow Analysis, Feasibility & Cost-Benefit Analysis, Stakeholder Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2. Experience supporting AI-driven solutions, automation initiatives, or rapid application development environments.
3. Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams to implement technology solutions.
