Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company seeks Retail Merchandisers to execute in-store merchandising for leading CPG brands at major retailers. In this field-based role, you will stock and rotate products, implement planograms, build displays, verify pricing, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards. You'll visit assigned stores on a regular schedule, capture basic data and photos, and communicate with store personnel and your supervisor. Ideal for detail-oriented self-starters who enjoy working independently in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and maintain product placement to meet brand and retailer standards
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure availability and freshness
• Build and maintain promotional and seasonal displays
• Verify pricing, labels, and signage for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report out-of-stocks or issues
• Capture and submit required data, photos, and visit reports via company tools
• Communicate with store personnel to coordinate merchandising activities
• Follow all store and company safety, cleanliness, and conduct guidelines
• Manage assigned route and schedule to complete store visits on time
• Support special projects, resets, and new product launches as needed
