Job Description

Hays are working with a large public sector organisation to support the recruitment for a contract Voice Engineer. The role will be outside IR35, paying a rate dependent on experience for 6 months initially. The role will be hybrid, typically 2 days per week on site in Gloucestershire, and you'll need SC clearance and ideally, be eligible or hold additional clearance.

You will need:

Experience supporting enterprise voice and network environments
Strong knowledge of Cisco CUCM and UCCE
Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and VoIP solutions
Solid understanding of Cisco routing, switching and wireless technologies
Knowledge of Cisco and Check Point Firewalls
Experience with Cisco ISE (802.1X/MAB)
Exposure to SASE technologies
Experience using SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, IPAM)
Ability to perform firmware upgrades, certificate renewals and hardware maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and BAU support experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with third-party suppliers and project teams
