Job Description:

Role: Intelex Product Architect

Location: Fremont, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience required: 10+ years

·       Top 5 Must-Have Skills

·       Intelex EHSQ Platform Architecture & Implementation

·       6+ years of hands-on Intelex experience.

·       Solution architecture, configuration, deployment, and administration.

·       Minimum 3 full lifecycle Intelex implementations.

Intelex Module Expertise

·       Strong experience in at least 5 of the following:

·       ESG & Sustainability Management

·       Waste Management

·       Audit & Inspection Management

·       Risk Management

·       Incident & CAPA

·       Management of Change (MOC)

·       Training & Competency

·       Compliance Obligation Tracking

EHS & ESG Domain Knowledge

·       Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

·       ESG reporting standards including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.

Integration & Data Management

·       Experience integrating Intelex with:

·       SAP EHS

·       Enhesa

·       Enablon

·       IBM Tririga

·       Metrio

·       REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, data migration, and enterprise integrations.

Solution Architecture & Client Leadership

·       10-15 years in EHS/ESG consulting, implementation, or solution architecture.

·       Conduct workshops, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and C-level presentations.

REQUIRED INTELEX MODULE EXPERTISE

·       ESG & Sustainability Management • Management of Change (MOC)

·       Waste Management • Training Management & Competency

·       Audit & Inspection Management • Compliance Obligation Tracking

·       Risk Management (JSEA / HIRA) • Incident & Corrective Action (CAPA)

Integration Ecosystem Proficiency

·       Enhesa (Regulatory Intelligence) • Metrio (ESG Data Management)

·       Enablon (EHS Platform) • SAP EHS / Environment Health Safety

·       IBM Tririga (IWMS/Facilities) • REST API / SOAP / iPaaS (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       10–15 years of progressive experience in EHS/ESG software consulting, implementation, or solution architecture.

·       Minimum 6 years of direct, hands-on Intelex (EHSQ) platform experience in an implementation or architect capacity.

·       Demonstrated expertise in at least 5 of the Intelex modules listed above, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.

·       Proven experience integrating Intelex with one or more of: Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, or Metrio.

·       Strong understanding of EHS regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001) and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).

·       Experience working with or for a semi-conductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing company is highly preferred.
