Principal Enterprise Architect

Overview

• Articulates and differentiates the Workday Core Architecture to both technical and business buyer personas
• Strategically lead high-level discussions on Workday's AI Vision and Strategy, Low Code Application Development, Machine Learning (ML), and Agent-based architectures
• Craft compelling presentations that showcase why Workday's technology is fundamentally different
• Dive deep into technical topics such as data security, reporting & analytics, integrations, and Workday Extend
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical as-is and to-be architecture designs
• Conduct discoveries, deep dives, and scripted demonstrations independently
• Attain advanced domain knowledge and industry knowledge, articulating customer use cases to prospects
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to functional and technical audiences

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in enterprise software technical solution consulting
• Strong experience delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations
• Deep expertise working with common cloud architectures, security, reporting, and/or integration standards
• Relevant experience or certifications in solution architecture on hyperscaler environments such as AWS or GCP
• Exposure to AI agents and experience in agent development tools such as LangGraph, Flowise, Dify, AutoGPT, Vertex AI
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools
• Understanding of IT landscapes and ability to solution evolutions from current to future state architectures
• Experience developing or supporting Financial or HCM applications, customisations, reports, workflow, BI, integration, analytics or being involved in implementations, upgrades or re-implementations
