Epic Resolute HB/PB/Claims Consultant (Production Support) (W2 only)

Role: Epic Resolute HB/PB/Claims Consultant (Production Support)

Location: Remote 100%

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Primary Skill Required for the Role Epic - Professional Billing

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

On-Call Requirement: 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) / Professional Billing (PB) / Claims Consultant with 3–5 years of Epic experience to support an Epic Operate engagement. This role focuses on production support activities, including Epic build, testing, incident management, and ticket management.

Required:

• 3–5 + years of experience.
• Epic production support experience.
• Epic build and testing experience.
• Experience with incident/ticket management (ServiceNow).

Required Certifications:

Candidates must possess one of the following certification combinations:

Option 1

Resolute Professional Billing Administration AND

Resolute Professional Billing Claims & Electronic Remittance

Option 2

Resolute Hospital Billing Administration AND

Resolute Hospital Billing Claims & Electronic Remittance

Option 3

Resolute Professional Billing Administration AND

Resolute Hospital Billing Administration

Preferred:

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts and/or Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts.
• Epic Operate experience.
