We're currently hiring a mid-level engineer to come and join us.

As a Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet business and client needs. You'll write clean, efficient code, contribute throughout the development lifecycle, and collaborate with product and design to deliver scalable and reliable systems. This role calls for technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving innovation and success.

You Have:

Knowledge

• Proficiency with ReactJS, nodeJS & various web tools
• Knowledge of databases, cloud computing and git
• Practice with API development (such as REST or GraphQL)
• Exposure to cloud-based web services, such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Understanding and experience working with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM/agile)
• Great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and focus on quality assurance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

We'd Love It If You Had:

• Exposure to unified comms, contact centres, or telcos
• Experience working with Amazon Connect or CX services
• Good knowledge of AWS services, such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
• Experience working with Twilio and/or SendGrid
