#2000     IT Manager / EPICOR Systems Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable ERP Systems Administrator to manage and support a cloud-based ERP platform. This role will act as the primary on-site IT resource, assisting end users while partnering closely with company leadership and external support teams. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with Epicor ERP environments, cloud-based ERP technologies, strong general IT troubleshooting skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the ERP platform, including:
    • System configuration and user access management
    • Creating and modifying dashboards, reports, and workflows
    • Troubleshooting ERP-related issues and coordinating resolutions
    • Assisting with upgrades, patches, and third-party integrations
    • Providing frontline support for office users and manufacturing/shop floor systems
  • Deliver desktop, hardware, and basic network support for local staff
  • Collaborate with leadership and external partners on escalations, projects, and IT best practices
  • Maintain technical documentation and assist with end-user training materials
  • Provide occasional after-hours support for maintenance activities or urgent system issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of ERP administration and support experience, including experience with Epicor environments
  • Experience supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP in either cloud-hosted or on-premise deployments
  • Working knowledge of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Order Processing, and Finance
  • Proficiency with:
    • ERP administration, customization, and troubleshooting
    • Supporting manufacturing operations and production floor technology
  • General understanding of:
    • Networking, security, and endpoint support
    • PC hardware and desktop troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP integrations, reporting tools, or light development/customization
  • Familiarity with workflow automation or business process improvement initiatives
