Organizational Change Manager/ Instructional Designer

Location- Fremont, CA (Remote PST Hours)

Minimum Qualification

• A minimum of 5 years of change management experience
• Bachelor s Degree in Change Management, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design or a related field
• Experience with large organizational change efforts
• Experience designing and developing instructional materials
• Experience with managing global / cross-cultural change
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and phases of project lifecycles
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Office products including SharePoint and Copilot
• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Camtasia or equivalent software
• Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Excellent active listening skills
• Change management certification or designation desired
• Familiarity of Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone OnDemand)
• Additional certification in instructional design is a plus
• Strong instructional design portfolio a plus
