QA Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end QA activities, including test planning, execution, and release validation.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Design and enhance Selenium automation frameworks using Java or Python.
Perform API testing using Apigee and validate integrations with IBM IIB/ESB.
Execute performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Performance Centre.
Track defects using ALM/Quality Centre or other test management tools.
Collaborate with development, business, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Git, SVN, and Linux environments.
Prepare QA metrics, KPI reports, and provide quality governance for project releases.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in QA Testing, Functional, Integration, System, Regression & UAT Testing.
Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Defect Management.
Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Framework Development.
Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and Linux.
Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Git, SVN, Rundeck, and CI/CD pipelines.
Performance testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Performance Center.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC environments.
Knowledge of Apigee, IBM IIB/ESB, PingFederate, and SSO.
Experience with Quality Center (ALM) or similar test management tools.
Healthcare QA / Healthcare Payer Domain experience is highly preferred.
Prior experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead is a strong plus.
