Scrum Master - Outside IR35 Contract: 6 Months<br />Location: Remote with some nationwide site visits<br />Rate: £500/day Outside IR35 Roc Search is recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale data and analytics transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly technical team delivering modern cloud-based data solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. This is a technically-focused Scrum Master role.

You'll be working closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and technical stakeholders to drive delivery, remove blockers and ensure Agile best practices are embedded across the programme.

Key Responsibilities Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint delivery using Azure DevOps.<br />Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering and Analytics teams.<br />Remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.<br />Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Skills &amp; Experience Proven Scrum Master experience within a software, data engineering or technical delivery environment.<br />Strong Azure DevOps knowledge (Boards, Repos, Pipelines and sprint management).<br />Experience working with Data Engineering, BI or Analytics teams.<br />Excellent stakeholder management, communication and Agile delivery skills.

Desirable Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms.<br />Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines or BI technologies.<br />This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme, working with modern technologies in a collaborative Agile environment
