Brands Lead Analyst - Visualisation & Automation

Our client, a reputable retail organisation based in London, is hiring for a talented Brands Lead Analyst - Visualisation &amp; Automation on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic team, delivering impactful reporting solutions that drive business performance. What you'll be doing:<br />* Building, maintaining, and continuously improving an analytical reporting suite in Power BI tailored for the Brands team.<br />* Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs.<br />* Developing visually engaging, efficient, and user-friendly reports that serve a demanding user base.<br />* Creating and automating analytical pipelines using Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, and PySpark to optimise data processing and reporting.<br />* Integrating diverse data sources into a central environment, providing real-time insights into customer, financial, and operational metrics.<br />* Managing the overall direction of reporting development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.<br />* Playing an active role in onboarding new data sources and making necessary data corrections in collaboration with the Data Domain Lead.<br />* Presenting final solutions clearly to stakeholders, promoting understanding and utilisation of reports. What you'll bring:<br />* Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, with a keen eye for detail.<br />* Proficiency in analytical languages such as SQL and PySpark.<br />* Deep understanding of operational systems and data flows within a retail or brand-focused environment.<br />* Experience in building and automating complex data pipelines and reports.<br />* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.<br />* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.<br />* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
