Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Contracts Manager / M&amp;E Project Manager | Building Services | Commercial &amp; MOJ Projects Location: North Birmingham / West Midlands<br />Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + Excellent Package<br />Job Type: Permanent Electrical Project Manager – Building Services, Commercial, MOJ &amp; Industrial Projects We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, M&amp;E Project Manager, or Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join a leading Building Services Contractor delivering Electrical and M&amp;E projects across the Commercial, MOJ (Ministry of Justice), Industrial, and Public Sector sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work. You will be responsible for delivering multiple Electrical Building Services and M&amp;E projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Electrical Building Services and M&amp;E projects simultaneously.
• Deliver projects from procurement and pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Procure electrical materials, plant, equipment, and specialist subcontractors.
• Review and coordinate electrical design information and technical documentation.
• Manage electrical installation works on commercial, MOJ, industrial, and public sector projects.
• Oversee electrical testing, commissioning, snagging, and project completion.
• Manage site supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, and specialist supply chain partners.
• Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Carry out risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
• Monitor project programmes, labour resources, productivity, and project costs.
• Attend client meetings, progress meetings, site meetings, and internal project reviews.
• Plan site activities, logistics, welfare facilities, and first aid requirements.
• Work closely with commercial teams on valuations, variations, project reporting, and final accounts. Requirements
• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, M&amp;E Project Manager, Senior Electrical Project Engineer, or Building Services Project Manager.
• Proven track record delivering Electrical Building Services, M&amp;E, and MEP projects.
• Experience managing Commercial, MOJ, Industrial, Public Sector, Healthcare, or Education projects is advantageous.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors, site teams, and project delivery programmes.
• Good understanding of electrical testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.
• Knowledge of LV distribution, power, lighting, containment, and building services infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• ONC, HNC, HND, or Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
