Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in hydroponic farming solutions, including workshops, training programs, and commercial project development. The Business Development Executive will generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, present solutions tailored to agripreneurs and institutions, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with technical and project teams to deliver proposals, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining CRM data, participating in events or demos, and representing Rise Hydroponics professionally to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including pipeline management, client relationship building, and post-sales support.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in agriculture, agri-tech, sustainability, or technology-driven services.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel for client meetings as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort working with targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Agri-business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in sustainable farming, hydroponics, and environmental solutions, with a willingness to learn technical concepts.
