The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional member experiences. • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new team members in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. • Implement and ensure adherence to sales strategies and operational procedures to maximize club success. • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance management to enhance staff skills and drive continuous improvement. • Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the member journey, from initial contact to ongoing engagement. • Collaborate with management to strategize on achieving sales goals and operational excellence.
