The Role • Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth medical center operations. • Measure and record patient vital signs, and document medical history. • Assist physicians with examinations, prepare patients, and explain procedures and instructions. • Collect lab specimens, perform basic waived lab tests, and administer medications under physician supervision. • Provide health coaching to patients, following up via weekly calls. • Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards. What You'll Need • Strong understanding of general medical assistant functions, practices, and procedures. • Knowledge of medical terminology, products, services, policies, and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with a compassionate approach. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, including physicians and clinicians. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
