Overview

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting the growth, visibility, and long-term success of RPS Regency’s self-insured group programs. This is a client-facing sales-oriented position with key agent partner goals; including premium growth, premium retention and production based contingency plans. You will work closely with trade associations, vendor partners and internal teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives that build awareness and drive participation.

 

Reporting to the Area Vice President of Marketing, this role leads marketing projects and production campaigns from concept through execution, balances multiple priorities, and ensures consistent, high-quality communication across digital, print, and in-person channels.


How you'll make an impact

  • Oversee and accountable for production and sales goals tied to key partner agencies and their producers.
  • Monitor and manage agency production goals, including contingency and allocations.
  • Measure, analyze, and report to program Boards on marketing campaign performance.
  • Lead, create and manage marketing projects that promote and grow the programs.
  • Plan, organize, and attend company meetings, trade shows, and association events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies and trade associations.
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Manage marketing budgets and association sponsorships to ensure aligned with goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create effective, on-brand marketing.
  • Research and develop new marketing opportunities to support business development.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing across digital, email, social media, web, and print channels.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

Highly Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing, advertising, management, or corporate communications.
  • Insurance or insurance-related marketing experience a plus.

  • High attention to detail and comfort working with databases and marketing systems.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
