Job Summary

Aivanta Tech Inc is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, workflow automation, system integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.

• Implement and maintain ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

• Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Develop and maintain Service Portals, dashboards, and reports.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.

• Participate in testing, deployments, platform upgrades, and production support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Hands-on experience with ITSM and Service Catalog.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer.

• Knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, IT
