ICON is looking for an Business Development Manager to be part of its growing team in its Bangalore office. The hire will help us scale our Technology and Systems Solutions, qualify leads and follow up on general inquiries. This person will be working out of our Bangalore Office.


Responsibilities

  • Generate and followup on leads for EDA tools and Services
  • Co-ordinate with OEM's and work towards meeting quarterly and Yearly Targets
  • Call on prospective customers and co-ordinate product demos and also schedule appointments
  • Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of business at Government establishments
  • Report weekly sales activities to Director


What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales experience handling Government Customers
  • Passion For Selling out of the box
  • Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-Motivated Achievers


Compensation

  • Competitive compensation package (Fixed salary + sales based commission)
