The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they meet functional staffing levels and execute sales strategies effectively. • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring sales goals are achieved or exceeded. • Implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional member experiences, from initial tours to membership presentations. • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth. • Communicate effectively with management and staff daily to strategize, assess performance, and address any needs or concerns. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or a related industry. • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, train, and motivate staff. • Excellent understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and financial performance metrics. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a member-focused approach. • Ability to drive quality control and ensure a positive first impression for all prospective members. • Experience in recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.
