The Role • Responsible for the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily planning. • Provide customer consultation and service from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, handle customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo a skills test or already hold an Operations Manager (HWK) qualification. • Possession of a Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
