Secondary Cover Supervisor

This role is ideal for qualified teachers, ECTs, experienced cover supervisors, or educators returning to the classroom who enjoy variety and making a positive impact.

The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively. Ensure pupils remain focused and complete the work set. Build confidence by working across different year groups.

What We're Looking For

QTS is desirable but not essential if you have relevant classroom experience. Experience working with secondary-aged pupils. Strong classroom management skills. A flexible, professional, and positive attitude. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one. Right to work in the UK.
