The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, attractive product displays, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support customers in the Scan&Go zone, ensuring functionality and promoting its use for a seamless checkout process.
• Assist the store manager with operational tasks, including leading shifts and coordinating task distribution.
• Undertake inventory, cleaning, and stock management duties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) preferred.
• A team-oriented individual with a high sense of responsibility who enjoys motivating others.
