Chief Accounting Officer Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and development.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Manage risk, tax planning, and drive cost optimization.
• Represent company to investors and supervise finance teams.

Chief Accounting Officer Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5-7 years executive leadership within Clinical Research, Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals.
• CPA or equivalent.
• Experience with fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations.
