Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Architect with 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of secure OT architectures, focusing on Rockwell PLCs, Ignition SCADA, and compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT/Cyber Security experience.
• 8–10 years of hands-on OT Security experience.
• Strong expertise in Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix PLCs.
• Experience securing Ignition SCADA environments.
• Knowledge of the Purdue Model, OT DMZ, Zones & Conduits.
• Experience implementing EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements.
• Strong understanding of IEC 62443 / ISA99, ISA 95.
• Experience performing OT cyber risk assessments and threat modeling.
• Knowledge of secure configuration baselines for OT servers and engineering workstations.
• Experience with GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Support Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Experience defining patch management and vulnerability management processes for validated OT systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• GICSP
• CISSP
• Rockwell Automation Certification

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global OT reference architecture.
• Lead CRA implementation and OT security gap assessments.
• Secure and harden Rockwell PLC and Ignition SCADA environments.
• Conduct OT cyber risk assessments and threat modeling.
• Develop secure configuration standards.
• Ensure GMP and FDA compliance.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, and infrastructure teams.
