Information Systems Analyst (Hybrid) -HQ, Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: £38,414.20 /year & excellent benefits package
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*23 days/week on-site
We are a national learning disability charity looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, youll design, build, and optimise systems that turn operational data into meaningful reportscommunicating directly with stakeholders within the organisation and shaping decisions that improve care across our organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads to understand their information needs and map out technical solutions.
- Visualise Data: Create engaging reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Systems & Modelling: Build, maintain, and extend databases, analytical spreadsheets, and data models across HR, Finance, and Care operations.
- Process Improvement: Participate in IT projects to streamline data collection and safeguard data architecture/GDPR compliance.
Essential:
- Education: Degree/Apprenticeship (Level 6+) in IT, Informatics, or related field.
- Advanced Excel: Complex modeling, tools, and dynamic array functions.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to solve complex technical and process problems.
- Governance: Understanding of GDPR and data protection laws.
- Licence: Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience in the Care Sector, NHS, or Charity Sector.
- Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Power Query, SQL (extraction/reporting), and Data Modelling.
- Exposure to Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, or ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Knowledge of database administration (SQL stored procedures, CRUD) or low-code platforms.
- Phone Interviews: w/c 10th August
- Face-to-Face Interviews: w/c 31st August & 7th September
